The status quo

Phone interpretation hasn't kept up with how teams actually operate.

$2–4 /min

What you pay per minute for medical or legal interpreter services on demand.

Under ½ second

End-to-end translation latency on a TransVoix call. Real-time, no scheduling, no callback.

No audit trail

"Pass-the-phone" and coworker translation produce no documentation — a gap under Title VI, Section 1557, and 42 CFR Part 2.

02 / Capability What you get

Seven differentiators that compound.

01

Voice cloning, in-call

Each speaker hears the other in the speaker's own cloned voice. Tone, cadence, identity — preserved across the language barrier.

02

Bilingual transcript, every call

Every conversation produces a side-by-side transcript in both languages, timestamped and searchable. The audit trail your compliance team needs.

03

Cryptographic provenance, per utterance

Every translated utterance is designed to ship with a C2PA-signed manifest binding the cloned voice to speaker, source audio hash, model version, and timestamp. Cryptographic proof for court, compliance review, and audit — designed into every conversation.

04

Sub-second translation latency

End-to-end p50 of about 740ms. Fast enough that callers don't notice they're hearing a translation. Streaming ASR + context-aware MT + cloned-voice synthesis run in parallel.

05

Mid-call language switching

Customers change languages mid-conversation — a family member takes the phone, frustration shifts them home. Designed for live auto-detection and switching, no IVR menu, no transfer. 6 languages live across 30 bidirectional pairs.

06

Communication Recovery, in real time

When translation confidence drops, when emotion signals escalation, when a conversation is breaking down — TransVoix's Conversation Routing Engine (CRE) is designed to detect the moment and route to an alternative path before either party hangs up. A behavioral differentiator no competitor offers as a single platform.

07

Tenant-controlled glossary

Drug names, plan codes, internal jargon — locked translations and pronunciations per tenant. The model is designed to defer to your terms before its own. Glossary versioning, cryptographic signing, and per-queue A/B testing are on our roadmap.

The pilot offer

05 / FAQ What buyers ask

What buyers actually ask.

How long does a pilot take to provision? +

Provisioning timing scales with the agreed-upon scope and size of the pilot. We need SIP credentials, one disclosure script, and a list of pilot agents.

Where does the audio actually flow? +

Audio is intercepted at your SIP boundary, processed in our US region, and returned to the call leg. No audio leaves the US. No model training on call content.

What about two-party consent states? +

Vocal-disclosure mode plays a configurable disclosure to both parties at call start. We provide reviewed scripts for IL, CA, FL, MA, MD, MT, NV, NH, PA, WA.

Which languages are production-ready? +

Six languages live in production today — English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Hindi — for 30 bidirectional pairs. Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, and Portuguese are in beta. New languages ship on a published roadmap; see /languages for status.

Can the cloned voice be turned off? +

Yes. Per-call or org-wide. Falls back to a high-quality synthetic preset voice. Some agents prefer this for their first week.
