You pay for minutes that ran.
One usage-based meter, scoped to your stack. Pilots are free — we align scope together on a discovery call, then you run 500 minutes or 30 days, no fee and no commitment. No seat licenses, no annual commitments required.
The discount is built in.
Discounts apply automatically as your monthly usage crosses each threshold. No procurement gymnastics, no annual commitments required.
Things procurement always asks.
What counts as a 'minute'? +
Audio processed end-to-end — from mic to synthesized output, on the agent leg of the call. Idle time and silence over 500ms aren't billed.
Is the pilot really free? +
Yes — the pilot is free. We align scope on a discovery call first (your call volume, language pair(s), and the integration approach for your stack), then you run 500 minutes or 30 days, whichever comes first, across 3–5 agents. No fee, no credit card, no commitment. Integration is part of what we scope on that call: a browser companion needs no IT, while contact-center / SIP routing varies by your environment. Success metrics are agreed in writing up front — miss them and you walk, no obligation.
Do you offer annual contracts? +
Optional, not required. Most teams start month-to-month on the per-minute meter. Annual commits are available for Enterprise — as an Enterprise contractual term they include EU residency at no charge and a further 10% off the volume rate.
How does billing work across surfaces? +
Same meter — minutes processed, regardless of surface. Browser companion and AI voice-agent traffic count toward the same monthly bucket today; SDK and native SIP traffic will meter the same way when those surfaces ship (both on the roadmap).
What happens at usage caps? +
Soft caps throttle to 50% rate; hard caps return 429. Both are configurable per-tenant. We never bill overage without written approval.
Is there a consumer plan? +
Not yet. TransVoix is B2B-only at launch — the consumer experience is on the roadmap once we have the engineering bandwidth to ship a native mobile app the right way. Individuals can join the waitlist below.
TransVoix is B2B-first at launch. A native mobile app for individuals is on the roadmap, prioritized after our engineering team grows. Reach out and we'll keep you posted on when it ships.
